No, sir, no. Firstly, nuke is a weapon of last resort, not first resort within a couple of hours. Secondly, the path of CS would be through populated areas. Thirdly,, it will be equipped with NBC protection. Fourthly, it will have SAMs (Aakash, Barak 8 or even who knows s-400).

Secondly, if Pak is now unable to eliminate that terror infrastructure, Pak then should give India a free hand to destroy those terror networks inside Pakistan and join hands with India. The continuous efforts of Pak to shield UN designated terrorists make Pak a sponsor of terror.

NASR Hatf IX put the cold start doctrine in a cold storage for forever. The moment India will bring it out of the deep freezer NASR will melt and charr it in microseconds.

NASR is not first option against Cold Start it's the last one, there are many measure taken by military to counter Cold Start with conventional force.

There is no need for ground invasion, just do operations like operation Python and operation trident and destroy their harbours..the harbour destruction caused them 3 billion$ in 1971, it will cost much more now when we destroy karachi and gwadar harbour...then do some air strikes of nuke facilities,air bases, industrial hubs, every infrastructure of economical significance and then and then bomb every insurgency related infrastructure by artillery and MBRLs in their kashmir and gilgit..
There is no need for ground invasion.
