India must mediate with Bangladesh to prevent anti-Hindu activities: PPFA

My thoughts on it are different. Most migrants especially the minorities will be educated and they will do more hard work to survive in the new climate. Take Parsis for example, they came here not too long back but have successfully integrated into india.

But they were not inflicted with a particular ideology. Look at the counter example of Muslim refugees and migrants in Europe. They sought asylum in Europe and now they demand Sharia. Comparing all communities with same yardstick is a gross mistake.

Indian state uses buzz words like minority persecution and human rights to pressurize neighboring countries. They know Bangladesh is becoming independent everyday hence GoI will cry hoarse and would talk about islamic extremism and what not.

Yeah makes sense... :-)

How many sought asylum elsewhere?

They don't because India is large enough, there are other places for Hindus to go within India itself.

Notice the Assamese and entire seven sisters opposition to CAA/NRC and the relocation of Bengali Hindu settlers within their borders. They are Hindus themselves and they don't want poorer Bengali Hindus immigrating to their state.

In WB itself, there is severe opposition to Bihari settlers because they are changing the demographic (fundamentalist Hindu BJP supporters) while WB locals are Trinamool Congressis. Both sides are Hindu.

In Bangladesh, there is no organized anti-Hindu movement with someone like Motabhai heading it. Most people simply don't care. Just a bunch of vandals doing their thing, often its a property dispute...

So in Bangladesh if the attacker/vandal happens to be Muslim and the victims happen to be Hindus, then the media has a field day with it.

By the way - 90% of the Hindus that went to India from Bangladesh seeking asylum, came back. They couldn't stand the inflow of milk and honey I guess.

Nowhere it happens because of any racial cleansing. Resettlement happens because of Economic reason. Thousands of people comes to Gujarat everyday to earn their livelihoods.

Exactly. That is why most Hindus who went from Bangladesh to India returned. This is well documented.

Islam is against the religion hated of any religion but india must understand the theory is physics if you force others that force has be back at u as well

As hindutva extremism spreads in India, their will be reaction in the neighborhood

Straight to the point. Bd must be anti Hindu for its own existence.

Wouldn't say anti Hindu but anti any Hindu who loves India more than Bangladesh.

If a Hindu puts Bangladesh over India despite religious affiliations then he will have no trouble..

But should they let religion cloud their judgement and work against Bangladeshi interests.. even Sita won't be able to save them from what will follow.

Hindus welcome in BD. Indian shills not.
