You are bullsh1ting here about the so called noisy India. If you were to follow Indian press more closely you will come to the conclusion that its more anti-indian/GoI than anti-chinese. Every single day you will find the media bashing GOI for its policies, corruptions and what not. China is not really their favorite topic.
As for the army generals concerned about China and making comments on Chinese aggression... It's a common practice around the world. Look how Pakistan reacts to Indian build-up, how China reacts to US build-up around south china sea, how Japan reacts to Chinese build-up and how Australia reacts to south-east Asian build-ups.

It's a good thing that Chinese military is controlled by sensible people. An attack like 62 we not be as one sided as it was in the old days. The loss will be great and mutual. So keep your to yourself.

We must keep away from any strategic allaince with US or NATO which may be china-centric in nature. We must deal with cheenez by ourselves only.

So far all indian actions have been passive that is in response to chinese actions. This shows where India stands..still under shadow of china...but China India releation is an intresting thing to watch for development. The two nations have bigger stakes in working together than working against each other. If these two join hands, not only Kashmir and AP issuse will be solved by bruteforce but poorer nations like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh will have enormus economic benefits and over all Asia can rise as an economic super power of its own!
