AFAIK majority of the parts are completed and putting them together is all that is left .

The only thing missing during the floating will be some weapon systems .

God no! Don't even think about it. BD navy operates 6th Gen (ooooooops) 6th dimensional fighter fleet, powered solely by lungi-fusion drives, which give them stealth as well as lungi-cruise speed at all altitudes.
