Ive rarely seen pakistanis going to india for medical reasons. Maybe a few cases highlighted by india in media. Pakistan have world class health facilities as well, including many free. I doubt india can provide health facility to its huge population, let alone help others. On the other hand afghans come to Pakistan for medical treatment, so many that there is now a special medical visa for them. Try selling chooran somewhere else.

It's economy grows at over 8% a year and is neck and neck with both Pakistan and India, despite having 24 years less of independence. 10-15 years from now it will leave India and especially Pakistan behind.
