Well as Pakistani an enemy, I am happy for India but sad for Indians(because humanity). 300 Million of Indians live in multi-dimentional poverty, 50 million of Indians live in Extreme poverty. So for India to keep on spending more on statues and adventures that don't help a common man a little bit, I am glad they are following this route.

I on the other hand as a Pakistani would love to see 1300 millions indians die the most painful death in the world, why should I as a Pakistani have any mercy for an indian gangu dying or living in poverty is beyond my comprehension. India is an evil POS and we pakistanis will be better off if all indian gangus die hopefully by a plague.

Military spending is not the best way to go. Pakistan is as much a underdeveloped country as is India.

Look at USA. I believe in the late 60's the USA had a manned passby program to Mars which would have been succeeded by manned presence on Mars. But USA spent ( and spends ) and insane amounts of resources on its military.

Such projects are good to motivate youngsters to pick up such subjects. It's some $150 million project, so not really that expensive.
