Come on all false. India didn't have diplomatic relations with Israel until 1991-92 when PV Narasimha rao initiated them. In 1971 Israel was playing ball with US. It even assured Jordan that it wouldn't attack them because they are sending their F-16's to Pakistan. Kissinger saw it to that. Here is a fascinating account between Kissinger and Nixon about the same. I'll try to find the exact document that talks about Israel's role in the war. So please stop spreading BS.

Indian Jews used to visit Jerusalem from 1948 onwards irrespective of the diplomatic ties..
