What's new

India is on the backfoot, International community is concerned about the situition in kashmir

You clearly had no idea about Shimla agreement.
The basic premise of your post is flawed as every other Pakistani knows about Simla agreement and I happen to be one of them.

Today all these big talks about ethics and morality doesn't suit you at all.
And to think that it suits an RSS sympathiser more is rather bemusing.

What a waste of bandwidth.

Really you knew? Go and read what you wrote smart boy.

Can I call you smarty shorts? Khaki ones, that RSS volunteers wear?

Just asking politely because you called me smart boy, how very astute and mature of yourself.

Kindly go and read every word I wrote again, I don't have any lapsing memory syndrome.

Sarcasm is an art often misused for a cheezy show of intelligence but it rather turns out to be lack of it.

The high standard of PDF attracts contributors from many countries but RSS sympathizers are not allowed here.

I'm seriously concerned at what Indian posters think or believe when they bring up the Simla agreement, do they think Pakistan gave them a free hand on Kashmir or other abuses of international law? It's quite puzzling and rather sickening, in fact.

Anyway, the very first and second lines of the Simla agreement.

1. By making a change that will result in a change in demographics, India has violated (ii).

2. Furthermore, all relevant UN resolutions must be followed for (i).

It simply is no longer a bilateral agreement, with the only remaining piece being proof of a change in demographics, although that would be nothing more than academic when the spirit of the agreements, bilateral and international, has been abused.

Pakistan is in proces of adding GB as fifth province. Does it violate (1) ?

If you have problem with me being TT, ask the authority in the right place.I have no problem getting stripped off this title. I have a far more better, healthy life outside. But at least learn how to debate properly. Kashmir became disputed in 1948. Article 370 came in 1954. You clearly had no idea about Shimla agreement. The constituent assembly that had to be consulted before any amendment of the article had long been dessolved. It is a complex legal matter and it has already been challenged in Supreme court. But that doesn't nullify the fact at all that Kashmir is still a bilateral issue. You have made Sino-Pak boundary agreement with the Chinese in '63 without any consultation with the Indians. Then came '65 and '99. Today all these big talks about ethics and morality doesn't suit you at all.
And regarding the qualification of being a tt, it is the uninformed clueless people like you have made this forum a gutter. I didn't ask to be a TT, if admin feel to strip it I will have zero effect in my life. Go ask in the appropriate place ie ghq and do whatever you want.
No one would know better about gutters than people like you.

Completely agree on this. Guys like Austerlitz, milspec don't deserve to be here. Good luck guys.
Have you and @MilSpec turned in your resignations?

. .
Does considering a matter from a legal view point violate anything?

You started the Planning First.. We made the execution First.
btw...Does changing 'a line' in Constitution 'by constitution' violate any thing ?

And if it does... then why did Pakistan itself consider openions about things.. in 2017 ( GB ) which will change a lot of ground situation?

Since I didn't apply for it, it is the admins who awarded me the title are the ones who can take it back if they feel it is necessary. I respect them and I will respect their every decision. I don't need to offer my resignation, at least not at the whims of some habitual online trolls.
