Buddhist theocracy is as dangerous as any form of theocracy. Religous men in power are maniacs because they see the world with an outdated mind so any chance of progress will never happen. If you really follow Buddhist philosophy you shoild not think about theocracy for once. Buddhism goes directly against ego and the sense of ownership. I have only met one Tibetan in my entire life so I don't know for sure what they really feel about China and Dalai Lama but i think Tibet is better off as a part of China. It was even China that introduced Buddhism for Tibet and Tibet has always remained as a part of China.I met Tibetans in a Nightclub in China, who were there for a trip in the Mainland,They were modern, but when i told them i was from India they were very happy and asked me all about Dalai Lama and Tibetans in India.
So, one two Tibetans cannot change the perception,Go to Dharamshala to know about him yourself.
So Buddhist Theocracy is bad? As far as i know they don't go around killing people of other religions because they aren't Buddhist. So in my book they are quite good.
