India Thursday handed over a cheque of $50 million to Bangladesh as the third tranche of the $200 million committed to Dhaka.

Indian High Commissioner Pankaj Saran handed over the cheque to Bangladesh Finance Minister A.M.A. Muhith. With this, India has completed the disbursement of $150 million (approx Taka 1,176 crore) grant assistance to Bangladesh, said a statement.

Saran briefed the Bangladesh minister on the status of ongoing projects under the remaining $800 million Indian Line of Credit, which India has committed to implementing on a priority basis, said the statement.

Both also noted the success of the investor road shows held in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata in June by the Board of Investment of Bangladesh in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry and the India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

MoUs amounting to almost $100 million were signed between Indian and Bangladesh companies to invest in Bangladesh.

Perhaps you were in a cave when Shahbag happened. PDF does not represent Bangladesh.

Any public forum can be considered as means to measure the attitude of personnel having some homogeneity in traits which here can be considered their citizenship.

No one will go to look after or take views of each and every citizen of a nation. And if you have record of some other public forum or institute, which claims the other way then do keep your views and until then sit quietly in the cave you are in, and come out only after completion of your 9 unit period.

Hahahahahah :) Your points are valid. No other forum to back up my view mate. Just some relics of the 71 war. But I stick to my point of view, B'desh is not a Jamati playground yet.

Hope your views win, as this will count good from our nations perspective.

And sorry for those harsh words. ;)

Your post is unfounded. To determine the attitude towards India of a people of a democratic nation such as Bangladesh then I suggest that you take into account the government which the people voted in and that government's attitude towards India. I believe that the record of the present government of Bangladesh speaks for itself. Using PDF as a yardstick to measure any nation's attitude towards another nation is simply ridiculous considering various factors, amongst which is false flagging.
