India hands over $50 mn as assistance to Bangladesh

.
The shahbagis are not necessarily pro India. The pro india and the anti india rhetoric only exists within PDF . Most are indifferent towards India. Pretty much how an average joe Indian percieves Bangladesh.

Considering having knowledge about the Indo-Awami ploys, a BDian can not remain neutral, but either pro/anti.
Members in forums are more politically aware, informed and can think deeply than the average people, so take a side being pro/anti.

I know many Bangladeshis who are indifferent to India, but they are not well informed. For example, my uncle who is indifferent to India {sometimes lean towards India}, has no idea about the issues India does to BD, I consider him very naive.

It's more the older generation (mainly AL supporters) that still have a soft spot for India, those that are 60 and over. Generally though, the majority of the younger Bangladeshi's either do not trust india or are vehemently anti indian. The younger generation tend to be far more nationalistic, and do not look at India through any rose coloured glasses.

In the next 20 years or so the bulk of those older generation will have passed away, and the current younger nationalistic Bangladeshi's will be in charge.
