India feels stragetically checkmated, isolated and cornered in the region

. . . .
I have noticed Indians have this strange fear of Afghans and I am even surprised to see them more worried about IEA than China or Pakistan because it is the fear of the two other powers using IEA in the event of break-out and sending them into the frontlines this terrifies them more than anything.

Due to Historical reasons hence Pak-China using Afghans on the frontlines is concern. The Indians could even field 20 billion forces if they could magically clone them like star wars but they won't be able to overcome 1m well equipped Afghan forces in the conventional engagment arena when the collision on the land occurs. Hack the chinese and Pakistani forces might not even enter as the first wave would likely be Afghans and that first wave itself could carve out huge territory out of them. The Afghan pathans are legendary people in combat example like what happened to the marathas which is just one incident of thousand other similar fates where a small group of Afghans overran a vastly numercial superior Indian forces.

Example Marathas were getting cocky and tasted several victories and they had vastly numerical advantage until Ahmad Shah Abdali boys rolled in from Afghanistan who were vastly outnumbered but slapped the marathas in historical proportions

There is always more to fear from irresponsible idiots (Taliban & Pak sponsored terrorists), than from responsible foes (Pak regular army & China).
Irresponsible idiots dont care to harm themselves just to bite their enemy. Responsible foes weigh the pros and cons of each decision and not jump randomly to attack.

All of India's foreign ambitions were based on American presence in Afghanistan. Now they are left directionless joining much smaller countries against China to feel important.
This country of 1.4 billion was supposed to be a giant but increasingly looking like a human tragedy.

pure delusion

We Like Afghans. There are many many Afghans in India. Obviously not as many as in Pakistan.

We do not like regimes that support terrorists. Taliban has a history.

We are deeply concerned about China though. This is an expansionist power with territorial and sea disputes with 18 Different countries.

We are worried by Pakistan because it wants to change the territorial map of India by unconventional and conventual means.

We are not worried about Bangladesh Nepal Sri Lanka Myanmar Bhutan nor anyone else in the world.

I would place it a little lower and call it CONCERNED.
Talibans have written to India to resume flights and re-start various scholarships.

Some people are in habit of celebrating too early.
Afghanistan is an unravelling story. Who checkmated whom is yet to play out.

India was politically thriving in International arena under congress. Considering draconian laws they introduced no one will take them seriously. Biggest mistake India ever made was joining US camp and ditched Russia. BJP is sort of like a blessing for Pakistan which has gained international recognition and more political space. Our sacrifices are being recognized whilst Indians are being ridiculed because of their own media.

Which laws are draconian exactly

Biggest mistake India ever made was joining US camp and ditched Russia.

We have ditched no and are in no ones camp. We do not allow foreign militaries to use our territory as Pakistan has allowing USA to fight in Afghanistan. We have not allowed USA to setup drone basses to bomb both Pakistani and Afghan territory. We have never received free arms and money for services rendered . We have not allowed a foreign country to build a sea base at Gwadar and place that countries foreign personnel there. We do not have embassies in our capital build like forts.

Our sacrifices are being recognized whilst Indians are being ridiculed because of their own media.

Pakistanis may believe that and there is some truth in that but only some. Nobody pays attention to what THOUSANDS of newspapers in India say in tens of languages nor watch HUNDREDS of Indian TV channels

What the ratio of Afghan in India versus Pakistan from official non-indian non-pakistani and unbiased sources???

Yes, you have significantly alienated Russia and you are definitely in the American camp. Even a Gora friend of mine who was in US Military and my neighbor once, had told me so: That America now courts India (the guy flew George Schultz to Pakistan for President Zia ul Haq funeral). But I don't blame the India-America bonhomie. Countries should look after their own interests. But India has alienated Russia and it is only the Indian buying power which prevents Russia from drifting away even more.
And India had offered EVERYTHING after 9/11 to America, hoping to take advantage of the rage in America to finally make Pakistan look like Afghanistan! There was little time left for Pakistan to react and had Musharraf overplayed his cards and acted like a Qaddafi or a Saddam Hussein, then the consequences would have been extremely severe for Pakistan.
Now the reason India won't offer the bases is that, thanks to Modi $issing off both China and Russia, and now a greatly weakened America and a greatly empowered Pakistan, India would commit a suicide by offering any active support to America in the region.
India may have been corrupt under the Indian Congress rules but it was, at least in foreign policy, a smarter global player!
