I think the people here are confusing the ecr toll booth and the concomitant widening of the roads there with this picture . The toll booth does look kinda vaguely similar to the toll here ,I must admit
...and with a name like chenani, it probably makes it easier to get confused

for eg. Unitech Builders brothers went to jail just today re: same issue, Delhi side
What also excites me is that there is room for a 1/2 dozen more similar towers in immediate vicinity re: available land, imagine !

I was saddened to read that, and also from 1'st hand experience, that the phenomenal Delhi metro is shunned by the city's mid-to-upper-middle classes. In Delhi NCR side at least, the min. they do world class infra., said infra. is ghettoised by the least world class end users.
