3.5 it maybe, but India's problem was infra.

Infra. = cement-saria-labour & that 2 by 1/2.

Major de- bottlenecking got done by the last govt. To wit - major ports, airports and road transport infra. like highways around the mega cities eg. Mumbai-Pune, Surat; Delhi-Noida, Gurgaon; Banglore-Chennai-Hyderabad-Amdavad highways, elevated and ring roads, BRT 's and Metro's; but specially industrial, IT and textile Parks and SEZ's. Even the next gen corridors and smart cities are on in full swing meaning financial closure for said projects sealed during the last govt. itself.

And Modi's main mantra is execution-execution-execution.

PEST factor's like majority govt., oil price crash, solar power parity and stock market boom have landed Modi's India a massive motivational kick in the rear, they are already working on bullet trains and mid size civil aircraft. River linking, outer space and defense are also on a tear. Last govt. put India on the auto, bike and train manufacturing map and Modi's make-in-India is taking off. What more can 1 ask for?

With no enemies left ... Af.-Pak is in dog house and China is way too far re. Himalaya, US check and it's own internal issues; Modi's India's all set to rip-&-roar.

Also, many thanks re. Mumbai s Times ■ site.

Hyderabad:
Software exports from Hyderabad are likely to touch Rs 63,000-64,000 crore during the current fiscal (2014-15), a senior official said today. "It was Rs 57,000 crore or roughly $10 billion in the year 2013-14 fiscal. This year, I think we will be touching Rs 63,000-Rs 64,000 crore in total IT exports, if 13 per cent growth rates happens," Telangana IT, Electronics and Communications Secretary Harpreet Singh said.

He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of an event to announce the details of the 23rd edition of Annual Summit and Awards of Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA), which will be held on March 11 and March 12 here. The Telangana government has taken up several initiatives including to have the start-up ecosystem.

This start-up system will see good IT companies originating from Hyderabad," Singh said. "We are trying to promote skill development to enhance the employability of the students who are graduating from the engineering colleges here. We are looking at making graduates industry ready employable," he said adding we are working with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) to produce industry sync curriculum.To a query on setting up of the Information Technology and Investment Region (ITIR) project in Hyderabad, Singh said,

On another question, he said apart from Internet giant Google, which plans to open its own "permanent and big" campus in Hyderabad, at least three more companies are in talks with the Telangana government (for their proposed ventures) to set up their project here.

"Google is in advanced stage. We are waiting for an MoU with Google," he added. Connaught Place & CBD's, Delhi NCR
----------------------------------------------------------

I have high hopes that AAP will optimise real estate in Delhi ' s Biz. district's. Congress squashed development because it was necessary to divert action to Gurgaon, their pet. Gurgaon is Sanju baba Gandhi's initially flop Maruti country.

All good, will I nilly Congress turned Gurgaon into Global consulting and manufacturing hot spot.

A A P must reverse and go for intensification of traditional Delhi CBDS.'s like CP, Nehru Place etc.

Infra. Is no excuse, Delhi's gearing up to world's Top-10 infrastructure cities. Indian mega cities are rich beyond belief thanks to the IT boom and money's not at all an issue. Unless you are Congress who steal from the city based working classes, throw nibbles at the poor and pocket the rest.

Eg. Petrol used by ciry dwellers is priced , but not diesel, to subsidise fertilizer.
