Iranians are going to pay for their relationship with India. These few vessels are nothing to save Indian trade assets if war broke between US and Iran. Instead, India has signed more than LEMOA agreements with US and is bound to support each other. You will see how these so-called alliance with both will end by Iran at receiving end.
