But, India is taking more and giving less. Now, India proposed a pipeline through BD. The current land returning issue must be seen in the light of its passage in Indian two-housed Parliament. Another 20 or 50 years will be needed perhaps to pass a legislation there.

We are not taking or giving but exchanging land enclaves. We are returning what belonged to you and Bangladesh is doing the same.
