BSF in 70's , 80's and even in 90's was an incompetent organisation with a poor infrastructural backing( like boarder posts or proper fencing). A few BSF guards/officers were also corrupted to the core. We can't really put the entire blame on BD for our politician's, bureaucrats & BSF's incompetence.
