India cannot always be at odds with Pakistan

I see Pakistanis mistake Indians as Pakistanis (and vice-versa) all the time. They can go on for hours in their native tongues, talk about their strict parents, cricket, food and not know whether the other person is Indian or Pakistani. Most people here don't really care because it's irrelevant.

Now if on the other hand, you're "American Pakistani", once you find out the other person is an Indian, you would probably feel ashamed, conclude the conversation and leave hurriedly. Lol.

At last one of the irritants that bothered me was addressed. My state Kerala played very little or no part in the partition of India, but we had accepted it without any question and had payed for Indo-Pak rivalry with sweat and blood and still continues to do so. So my blood boils when some North India/Punjabi goes all emotional about how Indo-Pakistan shares a common destiny and how we are the same people blah blah .....So my question to these dumba**es is that if we are same people why you went for partition in the first place .

brother, you don't worry..North Indians have nothing to do with Pakistan....Pakistani urdu speakers are heavily influenced by our culture so they are sometimes mistaken as Indian in foreign land but thats not the issue as even one hour spent with pakistani will make anyone realize that they are not Indians

Lmao. I can tell if somebody is from India by looks, then by language. Looks can vary, but language is the main indicator. Indians usually replace letter z with j. Also I can't understand some words they say. I had no idea why my Indian friends kept saying bhindass or what it meant, till they explained it to me. It's equivalent to our Zabardast.

Also don't know about Canada but in US, one can very easily tell who is a Pakistani or who is Indian.
