What did Russia do in 1962 against China ? What has Russia doesn't to prevent Chinese incursions into India recently ? What has Russia done to force Pakistan to shut down terror activities against India ?

In fact USA has done more in this regard. I too like Russia and support Russia in this like most Indians but this ultra-emotional melodramatic talks from some Indian members , I don't understand.

We should support or not support them depending on what we get out of it. This is how they have dealt with us always. They are not emotional fools like us Indians.

why should we ever leave our Russian brothers after what they have done for us in the past 6 decades.Now's the time to rise to the occasion and start rendering full support to Russia in it's hour of need.Russia is like a big brother to us and i for one will never ever think of going against the country which stood by our side in literally every crisis since the 60s....

It is not that. West has invested billions in India, if they put sanctions, whole world would be wothout operating systems in their PCs laptop and apple gadgets. Business does not work like that.

They do not want to lose a market of billion just for some millions.

seriously the west won't survive a year without the Indian market which is by far the 2nd largest one after the Chinese one.plus India is the 3rd largest country in terms of GDP(PPP).so i don't think that the West has either the gut or the capability to impose total sanction against India.Period!!

In military India doesn't have the power to fight against the West, in financial term India don't have the money to help out Russia in need with the economy sanction in place. West sanction Russia isn't the best interest of India in anyway.
