umm, i wouldn't broad-brush as "hindus" but certainly there is a indian tendency to not think on strategic and big-picture lines.

But they do think strategic and big-picture, they just spend all their time thinking and never doing. They've been planning land reform, GST, all these big reforms for decades. They know about population growth for decades, they knew about things for a very long time yet they never acted and never will.

But why politicians need to spread freebie to every one? Why every one want to be dependent on government?
Instead of freebie people should contribute for development.
