I already told quantity of China papers are 2.85 times bigger than Indian papers. The difference is 2.85 times but u comparing with 10 and 1000 do you think is it fair? better compare 1 and 10 million that will make more sense. If you r smart enough just calculate if China published same of np.of papers like India would is come around 5.90??? hahhaa. It just a probability calculation not an absolute.

Tell me what wrong in self citing article? this post clearly proves that you are senseless.

Suppose if a guy tested the drug invitro and got considerable success and published that paper. wat is next step tell me?? he will write a proposal that he got nice results in invitro conditions with the drug now he plans to test the in Rats ,then primates ,then human those are different proposals with continuation. In this case hw come u avoid self citation tell me intelligent? if don't knw something better shut up.

Have u worked in any paper?? if you cited a paper without relevance the reviewers will screwing up properly. That's why authors usually utmost careful in bibliography part.
