What gutter logic are you promoting about Islam?
While your personal observations seem to belie a need to destroy the individual and not the argument(seem pretty emotional and misplaced as well, who was it for? Why the emotion? Not your grave if somebody is interpreting it incorrectly-the final result of which is also not in your knowledge but Allah’s..so breathe) , even yours rests solely on the Surah regarding the people of Lot. For which your interpretation is subjective since it could mean both sodomy with and without rape.Care to explain the following bold part? In this paragraph, you are implying that the ones accepted by Islam had no love for their sexual organs and accepted castration back in the days. Can you explain this?
The only form of gender disorder recognized by Islam is a physical disorder where someone is born with a defect in sexual organs. And such people are required to act according to the gender that is most strongly expressed. In case of equal expression, they must choose one way or the other, and live accordingly for the rest of their lives. Someone claiming to be a "woman inside a man's body" or vice versa has no validity. And anyone who fears Allah the Almighty and whose heart is alight with the Light of Faith will never experience such feelings, or will be able to easily overcome them due to the Help and Mercy of Allah the Almighty. This is a very important point. Someone's expression of personal feelings that goes contrary to the philosophy taught by Islam has no validity in Islam.
Finally, if someone
It's a good move. They deserves the right to hajj as much as anyone else.
Transgender people should not be confused with homosexuality. Those are two very different things... One is bilogically inherited and other one is a choice.
Islam DOES NOT recognize any such 'disorders'. If someone has a defect, they are required to choose the gender that is most pertinent for their condition. If they are equally possible, then on or the other gender must be chosen and the rest of the life is spent accordingly. They are either a male or a female. No such thing as transgender.
Transgender is an 'innovation' that allows for 'gender fluidity', and arbitrary selection of gender based on personal choice rather than physical ability. This is a disgusting practice. In Islam, if someone is unable to fulfil the marital right of their partner, it is HARAM for them to marry at all. Whereas 'transgender' allows for homosexual intercourse.
This is a total mockery of Islam and even basic human decency.
To my understanding transgenders are born the way they are due to biological problems
Being gay is not a choice. It's something that one is born with.
