راولپنڈی میں اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ نے عمران ریاض کے خلاف درج مقدمے سے پیکا ایکٹ کی 5 دفعات حذف کردیں اور کیس اٹک عدالت کو واپس بھیج دیا۔

اینکر پرسن عمران ریاض کے کیس سماعت راولپنڈی میں اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ پرویز خان کی عدالت میں ہوئی۔

اٹک: سول مجسٹریٹ نے عمران ریاض کیس کا محفوظ فیصلہ سنا دیا​

راولپنڈی میں سماعت کے دوران عدالت میں عمران ریاض کے وکیل میاں علی اشفاق نے دلائل دیے، جس کے بعد مجسٹریٹ نے فیصلہ محفوظ کیا تھا، جو کچھ دیر بعد سنادیا۔

اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ نے عمران ریاض کے خلاف پیکا ایکٹ کی دفعات 4، 5 ،11، 16، 20 اور 22 حذف کرنے کا حکم دیا۔

مجسٹریٹ پرویز خان نے حکم دیا کہ فوجداری دفعات کی ضمانت کے لیے ملزم عمران ریاض کو آج ہی اٹک کی عدالت میں پیش کیا جائے۔

اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ نے فیصلے میں کہا کہ عمران ریاض کا کیس اس عدالت کے دائرہ اختیار میں نہیں آتا۔

مجسٹریٹ پرویز خان نے حکم دیا کہ کیس واپس اٹک کی عدالت لے جایا جائے، عمران ریاض کی ضمانت یا مقدمہ خارج کرنے کا فیصلہ اٹک کی عدالت کر سکتی ہے۔

اس سے قبل راولپنڈی میں اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ پرویز خان کی عدالت میں ایک بار پھر عمران ریاض کیس کی سماعت ہوئی، وکیل کے دلائل پر مجسٹریٹ نے ریمارکس دیے تھے کہ یہ عدالت ایف آئی اے سے متعلقہ کیسز سن سکتی ہے۔

دوران سماعت اسپیشل مجسٹریٹ پرویز خان نے کہا کہ میں ایف آئی اے کا مجسٹریٹ ہوں، مجھے جج کی کرسی اللّٰہ نے دی ہے، جب تک وہ چاہے گا، میں اس پر ہوں۔

دوران سماعت عدالت نے استفسار کیا کہ عمران ریاض کا کیس پولیس کیس ہے، اس عدالت میں کیسے پیش کیا جاسکتا ہے؟ یہی ہمارا لیگل پوائنٹ ہے۔

اس پر وکیل عمران ریاض نے عدالت سے درخواست کی کہ اینکر پرسن کا کیس خارج کردیا جائے۔

اٹک میں سول مجسٹریٹ کی عدالت میں آج صبح عمران ریاض کو پیش کیا گیا، دوران سماعت پولیس نے عمران ریاض کے ریمانڈ کی استدعا کی ۔

تاہم عدالت نے معاملے کو اپنے دائرہ اختیار سے باہر قرار دے کر راولپنڈی کی ایف آئی اے عدالت کو منتقل کیاتھا۔

Just curious, what's the rationale behind this support? And what benefits do they get from supporting these traitors (i.e. free/cheap healthcare, education funds, cheap housing or social welfare fund etc)?

I can't say on behalf of them(servants) buy I talked to my relatives yesterday & they said "they are all supporting PM Shabaz".

Now thats 30% to 45% of population.
