Imran Khan to visit Saudi Arabia next week

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Saudi Arabia next week, his second visit to the Kingdom in less than a month, Geo reported.

Citing sources, Geo reports the prime minister will make a short visit to Saudi Arabia before going to China next month.

PM Khan is expected to hold talks on economic cooperation with Saudi officials during his visit.

The prime minister last visited Saudi Arabia on September 18.

Sources add a top-level delegation from the United Arab Emirates is expected t in Pakistan soon to discuss expanding economic cooperation.

Visiting again. Yesterday IK said that we may even not need an IMF program or perhaps cut down version of IMF we may opt in the end if Saudis agree to have a financial deal with us either in the form of money in State bank or oil on deferred charges.

Also Saudis have been cornered in the world after journalist killing so they might need us to reach China. They are getting severe under pressure on diplomatic front from every where. Media, US and EU.

Why China not giving money, they know that Pakistan has no choice either to surrender to IMF demands or die hungry. Economy is on the verge of collapse given the massive current account deficit. China on the other hand has huge dollar reserves, lending Pakistan 10-15 $ Billion dollar wont hurt them.

China already spend billions of USD and they are not IMF but they help us by providing 2 billions as soft loans along with 2 billions from KSA....

What ? 2 billion US $ is peanuts really. Pakistan is world's sixth largest country and to give 2 billion dollars is a joke. The investment that is being done in CPEC is for China itself , Pakistan just happens to be a beneficiary.

Umm okay.In economic terms i don't think Pakistan economy is on anybody's mind.Turkey has its own issues, Saudis their own, China is in a trade war ...so yeah pakistan is on it's own.
