No one would fight over anything. There's jealousy and hatred between common peoples let alone higher institutions like this. Will people risk their lives and family's for someone wanting to be in power ? No they won't. It is not worth it to be tool for people in power. Especially in today's world where everyone using everyone and there is fasaad everywhere you'll die to make people enjoy more. For what ?

Will they risk their lives in war with India? Yes. Because they're fighting for idea and something dear to them.

Power is a nasty thing. Leader can be booted out easily. And he has to step aside when those in background determine so.

1. The Lawyers have been totally exposed and can be coerced, pressured to give decisions based on Govt and Military liking.

Chief Justice Bandial who did not do anything on April 2022, and opened courts at midnight against PM Imran Govt. should have shown some backbone and let Imran Khan PTI government finish its rightful elected term in office, the crisis we see today would not have happened. That's the root cause. And again today Justice Bandial and his team has let down by pressure of PDM + Military to rubber stamp this verdict.
3. The Lawyers of Imran Khan has massively let down Imran Khan's Thosakhana Case.
4. Truly the Judiciary has no rule over Pakistan.
5. Pakistan has no rule of law
6. Only the Criminal minded rule Pakistan with the power of stick and keep on destroying and looting the country.
7. Sad day for the Justice and Lawyers of Pakistan for case totally wrongly on merit.
8. If lawyers are any good should have sentenced all others who took Toshakhana gifts and looted its wealth.
9. There is no justice in Pakistan that what a common person is saying, there is no rule of law, there is no fair trial.

A forger has been sentenced to three years imprisonment and disqualification in this case. Now it will be ten years in the next case i.e. fraud of illegal money from England.

The judge repeatedly asked Mr. Khan to appear in the court but he did not appear. The lawyers were asked to give arguments time and again but they avoided the same . Actually the lawyers knew that Khan's submitted declarations were totally fake and the fraud was untenable. If Khan Sahib's submitted declarations were fake, he did the dirty crime then what is the outcry of the people when a forger and corrupt person is punished according to the law?
