The difference is that India accuses Pakistan of formenting terror in India,, you cannot equate the perpetuator with the victim.
If pm niazi takes action against the terror heads like syed in Pakistan, maybe India will reciprocate.

Pakistan too accuses India of fomenting terror. Yet he congratulated the Indian team.

You people need to understand how media works. PTI have a savvy media team. IK is always saying things that get him mentioned in India. This is an attempt to keep himself in the public eye. Once media channels realise that IK is an object of interest in the eyes of the Indian public, they will print/air more IK statements regardless of what they are because it draws in ratings.

Suddenly you get the PM of Pakistan circumventing everything the Indian government says about Pakistan and Pakistani policy and talking indirectly to the public across the border. It's good foreign policy.

A country is more than just that the state, it's also civilians and the people. If you think of some people, who are not involved with anything directly, the same as you think of your enemy i.e. the state, then you're mentally ill probably.

some people are suffering from inferiority here , they can't understand sportsman spirit .

We already wounded them badly by the kartar pur move and top of that we have effectively eliminated thier presence from the end game in Afghanistan. We act while India whines, its always been like that. A little soft diplomatic overture while we cut thier roots in the region doesnt hurt.
