1- If you expect they gonna present you their official communications so you can validate the theory given by OP, it won't happen, and its obvious.
However, if you are willing to think and process the information available in open, it is more likely that the current ruling setup gonna do it, than it is unlikely.

2- Seeing future is all about processing the data of past and present and projecting it on future (unless the soure is God Himself). The process of projecting future always involves uncertainity, more or less. We assign importance to a projected event by considering its likelihood and the magnitude (in case it occurs).
