It surely does.no, it doesn't, don't sell our rights on Kashmir so cheaply for propaganda purposes
Pakistan’s whole argument on Kashmir is from a religious stand point. But if we recognize Israel, we can’t claim Kashmir as it’s hypocritical. If we lose the religious aspect, india is in the better position on Kashmir because the Dogra maharaja acceded all of J&K to india. Our claim is that the Dogra maharaja could not join india since majority of Jammu and Kashmir was Muslims and the Muslim area was to be part of Pakistan also, a non Muslim occupier maharaja cannot decide for the Muslim majority.
Recognizing Israel destroys the religious reason we have to lay claim on Kashmir. How can we accept an occupier kaffir occupy Muslim lands with Muslim majority and allow that? Kashmir and Palestine suffer identical occupation so supporting one and rejecting the other destroys our claim to Kashmir.
We only claim Kashmir to be our sovereign territory due to religious grounds. Our existence is due to religious grounds. Our majority population is practicing religious conservative Muslims. Our founding father rejected Israel when he was offered money to accept them and famously said “our souls are not for sale”.
Secularists need to understand unlike Arabs we are many ethnicities making up Pakistan. In Pakistan there’s no such thing as Pakistan to majority of Pakistanis. It’s just Islamic brotherhood. The only reason majority of Pakistanis are part of Pakistan and stand behind Pakistan is due to Islam. The recent Sindhi vs Pashtun violence should have been an eye opener to the secularists.
In Pakistan it’s Islam first, then ethnicity, then caste/tribe. “Pakistan” doesn’t fit into it anywhere. When you remove the Islam part you get ethnic wars all over the country.
Islam is the glue which keeps Pakistan one.
