What's new

Important Press Conference called by DG ISPR after Corps Commander Conference - cancelled.

I don’t really care about the press conference but I think a major new threat is emerging for Pakistan. Look at the consequences of Indian citizenship bill. A case can be made (by the Indians) that If India is giving citizenship to Hindus and others from its neighboring countries shouldn’t Pakistan, which is an Islamic country, take in Muslims from India? I am afraid that by using this logic BJP/RSS might create a Rohingya style exodus of Indian Muslims to destabilize Pakistan. They obviously cannot force out all the Muslims from India but pushing even a few million will be disastrous for Pakistan. This can be worst than a war. It will put Pakistan at a moral back foot and have disastrous social and economic implications. It could be beneficial for India in many ways. I think Pakistan government is alert to this threat. It should start contingency planning for this possibility if it not already doing so.
There is no moral equivalence... If India is to partition off it's current population of Muslims it will be Indian land that will be partitioned, they are their sole protagonists. Around 20 - 25% of current state of India.

We don’t need anymore refugees regardless of religion even if muslim. Their forefathers chose to lick indian boots, now they shall reap. Pakistan is already in a turmoil thanks to hosting these fu*king afghanis who who don’t even respect us back.

It is not a matter of Pakistan’s moral obligation to accept Indian Muslim refugees but India pushing them into Pakistan to disrupt Pakistan.

Jitni hamari abadi nai hai usse ziada wahan musalman hain, aur wo bhi kaafi phele howe hain throughout the country. Agar india ke musalmanon mein thori se bhi ghairat aur sharam hai to waqt anay par unko bhi haq ke liye larna chahiye (jo ke wo karne ki himmat nai rakhte), warna sarte rahen sada...

Highly unlikely to happen as Pak-India border is not the same as the Pak-Afghan border in the olden days that thousands or more people/refugees can cross.
