What's new

If you don’t like item numbers, don’t watch them: Sohai Ali Abro

It seems a lot of people have no clue about Pakistani cinema. Since its inception song and dance has been a part of it. People are saying that's its not a part of culture but have they seen Punjabi and pushto movies which were being produced for the last 30 years. That is entertainment which was consumed widely by the lower stratas of our society, but no one said anything then. Now content produced is of a higher quality and appeals to the middle classes but suddenly everyone has a problem.

She is right . You are free for what you want to see or not but nobody have right to force others to stop

Only a minority has this problem you point out, not a majority. However, this particular minority is on the proverbial warpath to force its narrow views on everybody else. Unless they are countered, they have a real chance of prevailing as well.

Yes I have seen many get trapped by these moral crusaders.

One of the major improvements over the years has been in the extras and front row side kicks.

From the butt ugly jiggly fatties with hideous makeup of the old days, now most if not all of them are really good looking, amazing dancers, taut sexy bods, good hair, and great costumes that do justice to both the routine as well as the bodies.

This is thanks to the trend kicked off by the likes of Shiamak Davar and the other dance masters across the country.

So no, its not just the sex and the flesh that sells. The Bollywood numbers are really slickly choreographed and produced. Big budget, great dancers, amazing spectacle.

taut sexy bods

then that should be called ugly bods.

was watching the dance competition "dance+" some weeks ago when salman khan was guest... he remarked about the female belly dancing team ( "banjara girls", i think their name is ) that it was good for them to take up that dance form even though some of them didn't have proper dancer bellies ( meaning they were flat ).
