Which test did F-16 or F-18 fail on. Are you disputing that USAF can dominate any airspace any where in the world, including India? Let me tell you, USAF can easily dominate Russian air space. The USN itself can overwhelm the whole Indian AF and navy with only a few task force.

As I posted earlier, a few carrier task force can dominate the skies of India. And these are F18s. Are you saying that India has any chance against the USN even over the Indian skies?

The USAF is build to handle both Russian and Chinese AF simultaneously. For India, we'll just rely on the Navy and marines.

Like I said, USAF is capable of taking on Russia and China at the same time. But if India side with Russia/China bloc, than US can also easily handle India. So its not as far fetched as you think. If India wants to show that its pro west and pro democracy, then it need to side with the West against Russia/China axis.

Well buddy then why did Bangladesh get cerated , US even send their most powerful 7th fleet armed with nukes in Bay of bengal but India forced that fleet to wait and watch.

US even dare to anything again India AF, India is not PAK AF.

India hasn't even started the process of selecting an astronaut whose training will take years and who will most probably lift-off in a Russian rocket and spacecraft, for otherwise the man would be far too old for the mission by the time Indian rocket and spaceship are ready for the said manned flight.

2. you don't have the rocket that can provide required reliability level.
3. you don't have the life support system that can reliably work for days.
4. you don't have the surveillance network that can provide enough coverage to support such mission's communication and navigation.

however, you do have the potential to:

1. contribute the first human satellite for the mankind, that is your candidate's body become an earth "satellite".
2. contribute the first in space manned mission explosion.
