IAF Chief Naik witness flight demonstration of PAK FA in Russia

.
155kn is not enough ??? what are you making man rocket !!!?? Well to be honest it's more than enough ..

Heavy fifth gen jets need more thrust around 170-175kn thrust. The WS-10G in order to be used as a fifth generation engine needs to be havily upgrade like reducing its IR-signature,integrating supercruising.the WS-10G would need to produce more dry thrust to allow sustained supercruise with full weapons load at mach 1.6.Higher afterburner thrust gives more kinematic performance,Sukhoi PAK-FA and FGFA producyion would use a new engine being developed by NPO Saturn/MPP Salyut which will give 175kn thrust,3D-TVC,FADEC,reduced IR signature and supercruise.

It's there you do not need to troll.... soon you will see PAF flying j-20 before your PAK-FA
That is guaranteed. J-20 will enter service with PLAAF in 2 to 4 years. It will enter PAF service 5 to 7 years after that.

Russia won't even have PAK-FA for at least 7 years and then India another 10 years after that.

Then any person with sense can say that it is not 5th gen plane and its for show.

AND who guaranteed you and source............. till now only a single prototype has been out and now news about the completion of the engine so dont dream the J-20 will take nearly 5-7 years or more to induct so you may induct it at 2018-2020 and PAF will get it by 2015

.
another good news for PAK-FA and India,i just heard that an major incident occurred during the recent WS15 test .the whole project was terminated due to the design problem,China may have to go for AL-41 ,but our russia partner have no plan to export it before 2025

but I have faith in china now if they can make WS-10G then they can also make WS-15
they have most powerful supercomputers for simulation

Lay off the pipe, look how long it took to develope the F-22 and look how long it will take before the F-35 enters production. Lockheed Martin is one of the most experienced and largest aircraft manufacturers in the world, so how would Chengdu, a company with very limited experience produce something such as a 'stealth' aircraft in such a short time span. I do not know how China does things but in the real world most aircraft, or at least the pak-fa is scheduled for over 2000 test flights, often the test flight lead to changes in the design, this only delays things. Then of course all avionics including engines need to be developed, and only after they are developed can an aircraft have all its avionics integrated, the same goes for weapons. Even if right now, China has all avionics including engines in the final design stages, which it does not. Than all the avionics, including weapons need to go through an integration process which could take a while.

:cool::enjoy:

According to member(a well versed and fan follower) in forum.keypublisher.uk ,on morning another demo flight for another Indian delegation (this time it was Raj Kumar Singh) .

WS-10G can only produce a thrust of 155 kN at most,it's not a suitable engine for J-20

w0w..some of the best engines dont produce that much of thrust on full afterburner, let alone dry.
The present prototype of PAK-FA produces around 86.5 kN dry and 142 kN thrust on afterburner

Still looks Unstealthy, Unlike the J-20 DSI and already dressed in High Tech Nest Gen RAM coating...:china:

How many times do we argue about intakes. Are u the new stealth expert in town today?:what:

me? not me but Gambit has already made his asestment...

Now lets talke about the Rusty metal highly reflectant engines...:azn:

you dont have to be a Gambit to figure out that those are also very unstealthy, unlike the J-20 wich its covered in RAM all the way...:agree:
