Bangalore, Apr 28 (IBNS) An Intermediate Jet Trainer (IJT) prototype aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed at Tamil Nadu's Krishnagiri district on Thursday.



Both the pilots were ejected safely, said IAF officials.



The accident took place while the aircraft was on routine flight testing on Thursday afternoon.



The pilots were flown to Bangalore in an IAF helicopter.



Investigation into the incident has been ordered.

Its the IJT S-3466, From Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.... Its the second time The IJT crashes, Seriously, Lots of effort has to go in... Lets see what the HAL comes up with...

Shouldn't it get IOC soon? In a German forum some people said that it looks like it has serious design issues, after I posted pics of one of the IJT prototypes. Does anybody know something about it?

Relax Guys............ It was just a live test of Ejection Seat. Nothing serious. Just chill.
