I know what you trying to explain in here, I do understand that the US has installed Missile defence shield all around Europe pretty much to tackle Russia (or to invade Russia and keeping China at its bays) it all depends how you think of it. Since you hear the active propaganda news channels from all around Western Countries, their is one thing you probably don't wanna look into, that how does Russia is planing to tackle US at US bays? For that again I must say you have to dig deep.

Are you living in Soviet Era? Sanctions did not hurt much of a Russian's ambitions. I can give you many examples for it, lets take a look at the Syrian Situation, where Russia changed the entire game on the ground, that time is not far enough when we will hear that the entire Syria has been liberated. One more example, no one wishes to stand right next to the weak supporter, Turkey recent move to support Russia in Syrian War is a clear example for you. And Russian Economy is growing very fast again after a long recession. Don't trust whatever you hear from a Western media, do your own homework. Now when Turkey has made her decision to join Russia in Syrian war you will find out very soon that how fast Rebel Held areas in Syria are being liberated by the Assad forces. I can give you hundreds of other examples, unfortunately time doesn't permit me on that.

US don't see China and Russia in same quadrant.
