The US is having a hard time having to dish out for all the allies like the Phillipines now that it is no longer seeing growth of 3-5%。
For the next 20 years， the US will be lucky averaing 1.5% growth。Yet all the babies are looking to Uncle's，no，aunt's handouts and will suck their aunt dry。
It is definitely not a good thing to have too many so-called allies。3-5 are enough。The rest should just be friends or partners。
China is most fortunate in this regard。It is not chained down by the fetters of marriage the way the US is。
