Laws are not meant to change nature but to provide protection and redress for acts that are deemed offensive. Laws can affect human nature but that effect is secondary to its main goals.

Flaws are flaws, there is no such thing as 1 is preferred over the other!

If the message of your post is to politely state that we all are free to do as please, as long as it is legal.....including living in or out of Pakistan, then I fully support your statement.

There are a number of ways foreign students can remain in America after their studies are over: marrying an American, enlisting in the armed forces, special skills work permits, etc.- all are on the track to U.S. citizenship. But yes, some students, for example children of diplomats, have to leave the U.S. at the end of their studies. I know one Pakistani-American who pops back every year or so, probably for that very reason.
