I Did It !!! , my weight was 49 kilo's last year with hard work i reached to my initial target of 60kg . Am so happy now , just wanted to share .. Next stop 65

Took me some time to find the correct balance between my usual 10 km runs and weight lifting, mainly because nutrition... but I found it now, also thanks to protein shakes and chicken ^^
and 120 push ups every Day ..
how much time you spend for 120 push ups and exercise?
My weight is almost same for last 12 years, because I mantain a balanced weight and diet,
