Dear Sir he asked a question and your statement is not linked with any of the question. We have many deprived people and areas ok. But what we are doing since 73 years for baluchistan and Fata. They are the most deprived. Interior sindh is stone age compared to punjab. Question was why naval college was shifted in Lahore. Lahore will be the most vulnerable city in case of war with India if attacked. If Karachi was not safe then it could be shifted to sukkur Or in interior sindh. There are many deprived people lives there. How many Sindhis Generals from Interior Sindh we have or had since independence. In pmln tenure billions of loan took from IMF but for what and where it has gone? Building roads in Lahore Islamabad or in Central punjab. Why we always forget the depriving people then? Why other provinces will return this loan when there was nothing invested in there cities. How much loan money was invested in these deprived areas? Lahore multan peshawar will have a metro but no metro in karachi. Karachi is the most populated city but no good transport. Baluchistan and Sindh providing gas to the country but still these areas are the most depriving. Why we use pushtuns as Islamic Jihadi force against our enemy depriving them from other necessities. South punjab is also Punjab so atleast treat them as Punjab.

You are a third class lunatic, the college provides specialist education. It is not a business school that it can have campuses all over Pakistan. Since 1971 it has had 1860 graduates (including army/airforce and foreign) -i.e. ~38 graduates per year which is an incredibly small number. Furthermore, since most of the courses are academic, the location provides a change of scenery for officers to enjoy their downtime away from their regular duty. For the record I am from Karachi and you are a racist.

I answered your question in post #17 what more info do you want bro? beyond Sindh most of Pakistan never knew anything about navy they shifted it there to create more interest in people from other places of Pakistan in navy. At the other hand they gave Karachi a whole naval academy which was up to international standards.

PN war college is not a factory that you replicate it with gujranwala, pind dadan khan campus .to chug graduates.you only need one..considering punjab had no Naval presence this was a good move..I would infact want to have Navy open an office in KPK as well.This way general population knows what our Navy personal uniform looks like in real life..This is more of an ISPR thing..a way to build relation with general public.

It was shifted to Lahore cause Pakistan is one country and not a union of territories and Karachi is not your city but a city for every Pakistani. So first it is clarified here that your concepts about Pakistan are clear.
Now coming to the topic it was shifted to Lahore so that people from all over Pakistan can access it and to enhance maritime awareness among the general populace and academia.
As for Karachi it was given the Pakistan Naval Academy Manora Island in the place of the college. The Academy is one of the best in the world & equal to United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. The standard of the Academy is so high that it provided basic training to about 2,000 officers of allied countries, including the Chief of Naval Staff of Qatar Emiri Navy.

Karachi is already a congested city which is being pushed under the wait of massive population. no matter how many roads or infrastructure you make it will never be enough for Karachi. There are always limits to what you can do. So what is the solution to it? You develop sister cities and move out facilities to make space and give metropolitan city a breather. You put more projects in Karachi & you will increase it's problems more.

You can't expand roads right or left the city is under the burden of over population. The best solution is to support Karachi with sister cities. Gwadar is a sister city of Karachi & some business from Karachi will have to shift there to take load of the city. Do you realize how much high the property price is in Karachi? A common man can't afford it.
