Hydraulic turbine in sewage system

some times a also think about that
because it is endless and huuuge amount of energy.
As tidal plant require huge area and high tide region so it is feasible at few places only but some how if we manage to convert the vibration energy into electricity then it will be a huge benefit.
1 idea i think was to make a thick wall where the wave strikes and make a hole facing upward in this wall. The instant when the wave will strike on that wall the air through this whole will come with huge pressure.

you know we have water dam to protect lands from sea or river water. those dam can be transformed into this. it will be dual purpose 1. it will protect land from water and 2. it will generate energy :)

In this case these dams are very usefull but electricity generation is water level dependent

Very nice idea OP.

though I'm sure if sewage wont flow like water.
It's far too dense. And if at times the flow does slow down, there may be a chance of clogging due to the presence of turbines.

It seems feasible though.

To the OP its a nice idea.

very good initiative. we need to do many more like this.... i have some ideas in my head , if we can make it real, it will be great.

one of ideas = making current from tide that hits coast (like electricity from vibration, do not know some one examined this before)

Are you talking of these.

similar , read my other posts :)

I think the existing idea is good. And applicable for BD. We have a good possiblity of producing endless electricity by the tidal force I was showing.

But what you are saying is little uncertain. Wave of water that hit coastal area never remains same.

Nice job..the best way of individual producing of electricity in my city(Adana) is solar cells, the weather is nearly always sunny here..but solar cells are still too expensive for using at home unfortunately.

guys i want to start this project of hydraulic turbine in sewage system.i will post the pics of this high prssure wastewater nalla. i want to know if my plan is feasible . i got the idea from this

Yes looks good...Do let us know if you were successful!!

you know river water or sea water hit banks of river or coastal area with waves consisting force. Now need to make such a machine and set it in sea beach area or banks of river. when the water wave hit the machine with force.. that force will be transformed into electricity , like transforming one energy to another energy :)

Sounds good but it would ONLY work in areas where the tide hits HARD! And tides RARELY hit the same spot twice...The idea is good but there are a number of problems you may need to think about ...

Hainjee?

Tides and tidal flows are pretty predictable.

predictable is different from where they hit...You CAN predict where they hit but do they HIT THE SAME PLACE? NOT ALWAYS...Unless you have a moving system which will be chasing where the next tide hits!

Tides re quite predictable. Several sites are known to be good choices for tide-based power generation, including the Bay of Fundy:

There is an Israeli (i think) company which has patent for putting in microturbines in a normal water pipeline. Just check whether they hold the patent for the process or for the product. cause, if its in a sewer pipeline and they have defined the process, there can be a patent problem.
