India is a majority Hindu country, so it's Hindu. One writer does not relfect out opinions. We have MPs in the English Parliament and Lord Ahmad in the House of Lord, so show me a case when they brought any motion before the Parliament for what the OP alleges?

secondly the person is leader from Azad Kashmir and he is a MUSLIM. And here the discussion is about a MUSLIM Kasmiri from Azad Kashmir raising the issue of HR in Azad Kashmir, not about Lord Ahmad in British Parliament.

And you did not provide any evidence from NON-MUSLIM source with a NON_MUSLIM author. But the OP is about a MUSLIM Kasmiri from Azad Kashmir raising the issue of HR in Azad Kashmir.

An Indian Kashmiri can become a Prime Minister of India, or President or Chief Justice or Army Chief. Can a Kashmiri from Pakistan held Kashmir become Prime Minister or President of Pakistan? They cannot even represent themselves politically in your Parliament. So who has more freedom.

There is no contradiction about calling India; Hindu India.

I raised the point of British Kashmiris would have kicked-up a fuss if what the OP alleges was true. As you can't prove that from besides this one person, then you can't generalise. Maybe ''HE'' wants asylum and realises this is a good way to get it. It worked for Malala after we paid for her treatment in England and then she started bad mouthing us.
