Im not Pakistani, but if I were to take a guess I bet that the reason all of the above happens in Pakistan is because of the Hindu population living in Pakistan. Just a guess it would be nice if a Pakistani would clarify this as I don't trust Indian views on this issue.

And you are right that majority of Indians who defecate in open are Muslilms......

India is a very diverse country therefore a common language like english is needed to keep country united......

OMG, it is too complicated !!!

In china , we have mandarin and dialect . They just pronounce different , but still the same words.

Looks like India has so many different language at all even the same ethnic group!

SO ,under some situation ,Indian can not understand each other at all ??
