Mate, if you're not sure whether the problem comes from dust in the fan then you first have to check and verify. If it is then just disassemble carefully and clean the fan. As for the virus problem, just download Kaspersky with a trial resetter which you can use to keep it forever on trial from a site. There are many other ways (defrag, cleaning registry etc.) to increase the speed of the computer but I never use any of those techniques. If I were you, I would do format the laptop and install the OS again, doesn't matter if it's cracked or original as you live in Turkey. I guess the easiest option is to just do a clean install.

First of all lets answer this question;
Does the fan makes strange sounds when you turn on your cooled down laptop?
If the answer is no, then your fan is most likely not the problem.
Check this one too, turn on your laptop, let the windows load completely, wait 2 or 3 mins, now check your CPU and physical memory usage status?
If they are in a normal condition, (A normal idle pc usage of cpu should be around 0 percent and memory usage depends on the operating system), then most likely there is no virus involved in the situation either.
Then there are different possibilities, maybe there are some dusting problem in that case blowing the fan either pc on or off won't solve the problem or it can make the situation even worse, but you need to open up your laptop and make a thorough cleaning, or maybe some software malfunctioning (for example OS problem) which would require an OS recovery or re installing your OS.

right now cpu usage is 0-5% and memory is 54% although my laptop has a HIV but it seems have no effect on heating and no i dont hear any strange voice from fan so it seems dust have done it's work any advise for fastest way to clean it ??

ok im going to delete and re install the windos ( i will not remove all of my memory only C ) than i will download and do what @Kaan says to clean it from virus than open my laptop and clear the dust by my wonderful breath

if i failed in any stage than i will fvck up and tomorrow i will send my laptop to the center and sit with out it for 1 week when i return u better RUN

last quastion can viruses cuz a over heat ??

never use an air duster or vacuum , probably the worst thing you can do to a pc/laptop

open it up , take out the fan and clean it
thats how I clean my HP pavilion
just search up how to open it up and instruction should be clear
if you don't think you can do it , don't risk opening it up , as you will void your warranty if you have one

Bro dont mess with windows untill you have went through my steps because the steps i listed will mostly likely solve all of your problems. Only reinstall windows if there is a problem with your operating system like if your getting the blue screen of death, and crazy stuff like that. Even then you should try to fix the problem in the windows recovery environment.

guys u missing the first step how to open the a ASUS A53S labtop and than what should i do ???

Don't up the top part of the laptop as shown on here, this is a full disassemble video, you only want to open the bottom panel!

Basically you remove the screws at the bottom of the laptop, lift up the cover panel, and clean the fan inside, and carefully put the screws back into the laptop. Use a magnetized screw-driver if you have one.

Though once you've opened up the bottom panel you will see something like this

Remove these screws only if you want to clean the fan.
