But, why should sharif's, bhuttos, and all the other corrupt, scum of the earth scoundrels of every political hue bother providing such basic ameneties, as garbage collection, and cleanliness to their constituents? There is no demand from the illetrate, semi literate, or even middle class to get such things from their elected thugs. Bhutto is zinda, so that is enough for all Sindhi till eternity. You can find the same miserable situation all over Pakistan. Politician worship is the new religion of the land. Public suffers but doesn't stand up for their rights.

My ancestral village is in rural China. It used to be clean but by 2004 it was filled with trash and people literally threw garbage over a bridge into a nearby stream. It was officially designated an impoverished village that year.

In 2006 the village government started a simple program: putting trash recycling cans on every block. The cost was small, 20 USD per can at most and maybe a few thousand USD per month to hire cleaners to collect the trash and recycling to drive to the appropriate facilities.

By 2010 there was no more trash on the street and the river was clean again. Beverage bottles in particular were nowhere to be seen on the ground, everyone was recycling them.

It doesn't take some mythical spirit or billions of dollars to handle trash.

It might be as simple as just buying containers for them.

japanese teach community at young age. children at nursery age are taught to clean up classrooms and work as team even handing out food etc. This is called programing the mind for future citizens. Pakistan mind programing is daffo kro it is not our problem. if pakistan school adopts japanese community program, the parent will attack them saying yai school hai ghar ki safai ni. ironically the molvis in masjid are getting nice foot and shoulder massage from pupils and get tea made by them even hoovering up the place.

Pakistan has been destroyed by clean shaven secular politicians not molvis, period....., the western countries are clean because they have a system of government that works, remove the fines and the daily cleaning and believe me u would have a similar state in europe as well, dont dole this they are better people bs, for instance here in australia the traffic system in one of the if not the best in the world and it only works because there are extremely strict penalities and huge fines and still u see these goras trying to voilate traffic in every way they can when they are sure they wont get a flash, the only thing that makes these so called modern countries better than Pakistannis rule of law and thats it. First of all we don't really have much of secular elite. Ataturk was a secular elite. Nawaz Sharif is more desi then secular western elite. Now bad as these elites are trust me they are million times still better then molvis. If we did not have these elites, bad as they are Pakistan would be just another Afghanistan.

Only Afghans are warriors and built empires, fought Hindus into defeat and defeated British armie. So I guess Pakistan would be even more backward then Afghanistan and without the balls.

i dont think the molvis are bad as the elite i think elite are worser becuase they are the ones bowing down to western hedgmony, they are the ones taking loans and have western bank accounts with pak looted wealth, they are the ones step on the poor. the molvis are reactionary to their criminal ways.
