I'm sincerely interested to know what makes you and other members believe that India is secular and how the rise of Hindutva will reform the society.

India is secular in the way it works. No bias is given or taken officially. But denying same- caste/ relegion bias cannot be denied. Everybody tries to promote or help a guy especially if he is from the same sect/relegion/area. Other than that there is no delibrate attempt to malign or corner a relegion. Public doesnt have a problem if a mosque near by celebrated muhram or a chrisitan celebrates Xmas. In some areas where there is a history of riots, people from the same caste/relegion tend to live together.

And rise of Hindutva is just a ploy by Muslims abroad to create fear and insecurity in the minds of Minorities.
