You are Bengali must be knowing Akhand means unbreakable. We use Akhand Bharat in the sense we won't let outsiders to break India particularly for Kashmir. Others theories of Akhand Bharat are just our neighbours propaganda.

India don't having intention to annex other countries. Suppose India wants to annex countries in future means definitely muslims countries are not our choice.
