I think if the operator doesn't hear a voice they automatically send an Ambulance around to your place

Lets be pragmatic,India has a huge population and we need to take care of priorities, i know you might say old men deserve such criteria yes they do but unfortunately, classifications right now is different!

1)A Young male/female
2)Bread winner for the the family
3)Geriatric patients.

We are told to give priorities according to that.
But can we incorporate the same tech in babies born 24/7 surveillance for babies untill they are school going?
