I think there should be taken serious action against these Pirates of Somalia, not only from Indian navy but from Pakistan navy also or may joint operation, they caught Pakistanis also.

There must be safe transport & passenger routs & it can possible only in case when there will be joint operation against these pirates.

Why you want to involve Pakistan in such matters? Pakistan is struggling to control matters inside the country- how you expect a joint operation with Indian Navy?- Who guarantees they will not start to blast each other?-

Firstly the IN has more than adequate resources to be able to conduct such an operation on their own and doesn't need any help from outsiders, especially Pakistan- honestly, what does the PN bring to the table that the IN doesn't have, the situation could be reversed though- the PN could benefit greatly from IN assests they don't have.

I believe that India should not negotiate with the terrorist. They should find a way to rescue the strapped sailors but in no way swap the prisoners. Swapping prisoners would just allow the pirates to go back on their words and allow them to act with impunity.
