I am not blaming the Kashmiris here but how long do you think the Kashmir issue will continue if some of the Kashmiris keep doing armed resistance ? The Indian government will keep maintaining hundreds of thousands of soldiers in that region. This situation may continue for 20 more years perhaps until some bigger thing happens in the wider world.

The Kashmiris as well as the Indian establishment should speak of a peaceful, political settlement instead. I have proposed such a solution in this thread. And it is not only a solution to Kashmir but also to the general India-Pakistan antagonism.

But to end this talk of Kashmir and your reference to it, the Kashmiri armed resistance however brave it appears to Kashmiris and outsiders, is futile. The only practical solution is a political one. Either speak of the Musharraf formula or at least discuss what I proposed.

Loudspeakers for Azaans are banned in India by the courts, he is just asking him to follow that directive.

Their is no harrassment, muslims also have to follow law in India this is no pakistan.

What if a law is made for harassing one community?

Ofcourse it's the right of a Muslim living in a Muslim area to call for a prayer. Since early times there was a azaan for Muslims ,it's one of our fundamental religious right.
Why that fanatic extremist Hindu is questioning the construction of masjid? Now you will say constructing mosques are also banned in india? What about the noise which comes from Diwali and Holi?

uses of technological advancements is allowed in Islam. having a bigger mosque, with loud speakers allows to make one big mosque, instead of lots of small ones. better use of land, less imams needed, economy of scale, etc.

I am not looking for your interpretation of Koran .

.I am asking for refrence from Koran, where it asks for use of loud speakers for Azaan, before calling it as a fundamental right of the Muslim.

P.S - use of loudspeakers for Bhajans, kirtans is now banned.
