Lets stop the trolls and stick to the topic. Was Samjotha Express a Indian State Sponsored Act of Terrorism against Pakistan and Pakistani citizens and blame it on ISI or Kashmiri Groups.

Pakistan should take the issue of Samjotha Express with Europeon Union, OIC and the UN. Though Col. Prohit who coordinated the attack was not part of the Hindu Group. We need to find the link between RAW, Indian Army and the Hindu Extremist Group.

Swami confesses to Samjhauta blast

In a dramatic development on Thursday, top sources revealed that Swami Aseemanand had confessed before a magistrate to his involvement in the Samjhauta train blast of February 2007. Aseemanand, who heads the Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram in Gujarat's Dangs district, was arrested on November 19 last year related stories

for his alleged involvement in the Ajmer, Hyderabad and Samjhauta Express blasts, all of them in 2007.

Aseemanand has also confessed that his alleged right hand man Sunil Joshi, who was murdered in mysterious circumstances in Dewas in Madhya Pradesh on December 29, 2007, was behind the Malegaon bombing of September 2006, sources said.

What makes Aseemanand's confession valuable as evidence is that it has been made before a magistrate under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and is thus admissible as evidence and cannot be retracted. Other witnesses, who have also recorded confessions under the same sections, further strengthen the case against Aseemanand and his accomplices.

On the night of bomb blast in the Dargah Ajmer Sharif on October 11, 2007, for instance Sunil Joshi had claimed before at least two persons that it was 'his work'. Both these people now form part of a group of 11 very important witnesses in the Ajmer blast case, who have all given statements before a magistrate under Section164.

All these witnesses in the case, at some point, have been associated with the RSS or its affiliate organisations. Their deposition completes the chain of evidence in the matter, which is why Sec 164 was used by Rajasthan ATS.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has followed suit in its probe into the Samjhauta blasts case. NIA investigators have also recorded the statement of a witness, Bharat Bhai, under section 164 of the CrPC.

Bharat Bhai is also a witness in the Ajmer Blast case and there again his statement was recorded before a magistrate under section 164 of the CrPC.

Since 26/11 Mumbai blasts, India continued its propaganda blitz against Pakistan alleging its involvement in terrorists’ attacks in India.

On the other hand, Pakistan has been incessantly demanding of India that it should formally inform Pakistan regarding the Samjhota Express probe and to ask the court to expedite verdict on the case against Hindutva terrorists and bring them to early justice. As recently as 21st December 2010, India’s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that friendship with Pakistan is possible if it stops to territory’s use for terrorism against India. All along, India has been officially denying any link of Hindu extremists with the mayhem, death and carnage resulting from the blasts and instead tried to shift the blame for the heinous crime to the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). Meanwhile, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief, Swami Aseemanand has confessed before a magistrate that he along with other Hindu activists was involved in the Malegon, Samjhota Express, Ajmer and Mecca Masjid bombings. This has knocked the bottom out of Indian Prime Minister’s pretense. Indian weekly Tehelka magazine stated that his confession has unraveled the inner workings of the Hindutva terror network.
Aseemananad’s statement made under Clause 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) is legally admissible evidence that makes it crucial for the investigators probing the terror bombings targeting Muslims. Aseemanand, who was arrested last year, also alleged that Indresh financed Joshi for the terror activities and provided him men to plant bombs. He also confessed to his own role in the terror plots and how he had motivated a bunch of RSS pracharaks and other Hindu radicals to carry out terror strikes at Malegaon, Hyderabad and the Ajmer Sharif shrine. Terming it as ‘Sanghi terrorism’, Congress spokesman Shakeel Ahmed said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders should make their position clear in the wake of the latest revelations about involvement of an RSS activist in terror activities. He said that the government should ‘take strict action against people involved in terror and those who are supporting them’. Noting the charges about involvement of people with RSS links in terror activities, he said it is compromising India’s anti-terror position vis-a-vis Pakistan.
Last August, a report of Indian English daily ‘India Today’ had made a reference to official admission by an Indian investigating agency that Samjhota Express and the Jamia Masjid Delhi were on the hit list of Hindutva terrorists who were also involved in attacks on Ajmer Sharif, Malegaon and Makkah Masjid in Hyderabad. The Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad’s 806-page charge sheet on the Ajmer blasts says the module behind these three targets had sinister plans to target the Samjhota Express and Jamia Masjid as well.
