What heli is this? This heli is on Chines AC when its on its 2nd sea trail in recent days.....

Its a chinese derivative of the French Aerospatiale Super Frelon helicopter. They first fle in 1962 in France and then entered Aeronavale (French Navy) service in 1965. In 2003, they got retired from active service and were relegated to transport duties being finally phased out in 2010.
In PLAN service they are known as the Z-8.

there is no DSCA notification. the PN requirement is at a 'request' stage. DSCA will notify when 'agreement' is finalised.
I know there is no DSCA notification because that would impla an impending sale. I indicated it as the kind of source I would find credible support for the statement that PN will be getting SH-60s. Remember, request are also formal, there should be some record of them.

Google Pakistan+request+perry and you will find plenty of info on Pakistan's requests for 1 or more OHPs, including from industry sources and defence journals. Likewise, google Pakistan+request+"p-3c" and you find plenty of info on Pakistan's requests for Lockheed Orion MPA's. However, google Pakistan+request+seahawk or Pakistan+request+"sh-60" and you find nada.

The US has offered Pakistan five refurbished SH-2I Super Seasprite maritime helicopters for $67 million.

Is this really likely? Indian Navy are soon to order ~100 SH-60/S-70 and given the steep criticism of NH-90:

Germany not happy with NH90 helicopter - UPI.com

What is the likelihood of either scenario? Maybe a rip-off Chinese Helo is possible for PN.

It is according to a 2010 report in 'Bild' (aka Bild Zeiting. It is a popular but a high quality newspaper) that German Army experts deem the helicopter to be utterly unusable for the transportation of combat troops. Complaints listed mainly concern the Tactical Transport Helicopter (TTH) version, not the NATO Frigate Helicopter (NFH) version.

You don't run around in heavy and muddy army boots with 55 pound combat gear in an ASW helicopter ....

NFH (not yet ordered by german navy) has turned out heavier than expected in Dutch navy service, due to design changes requested.

EDA = US Department of Defense's Excess Defense Articles program
DSCA -- EDA -- Program Definition

Note Pakistan acquired Alamgir/McInerney from the U.S. under the Department of Defense Excess Defense Articles program too

Note SH2 is not SH60/S70

Note transfer of USS Fletcher (DD-992), the thirtieth Spruance-class destroyer and excess defense article at the time, to Pakistan was authorized but PN didn't want her and hence that transfer never actually took place.

There is no such thing as a Sh-2I Super SeaSprite. However, the SH-2G(I) Seasprite is the latest version of the SH-2G Super Seasprite. It was displayed at the Black Sea Defence and Aerospace Exhibition and Conference held in Bucharest, Romania in September 2008 to attract potential international customers.

The Australians paid about $600 million for the aircraft, including spare parts, a flight simulator, service support and other materials. But after a long dispute, Australia reached a settlement in early 2008 to return all 11 aircraft — without recouping much of its investment. The aircraft themselves were originally valued at $40 million each, including software development costs, according to Kaman."Fifteen million would be a heck of a bargain, " said Mark Bobbi, an aerospace analyst in Florida."

While that program was flawed, the copter today may actually not be half bad.
